What does ICTF do?

ICTF would like to propose the following points to help Develop ICT Sector and bring Cambodia to the digital age:

- Promote the growth and development of Cambodian IT Companies by helping to reduce cost, and lower the barrier of entries for new startups, and provide tax incentives.
- Help ensure that all the companies follow the same rules and regulations to promote fair competition.
- Help promote more interest in ICT from all stakeholders, such as government, private sectors, and education.
- Help encourage local companies to follow good standards.
- Improve ICT infrastructure by lowering the cost of data usage, and improve internet security.
- Develop ecosystem of IT companies and promoting research and development.
- Promote and connect ICTF members to ASEAN and the rest of world
- Work with various foreign embassies and others to encourage collaborations between local ICTF members and their foreign counterparts
- Promote Cambodia to the world as a viable and significant cost savings alternative to lead or assist in any ICT research and development project.

Kora VA is a founder and CEO of Chatomuk Traffic – a crowd sourced app that let users report, search and share about real-time traffic jam in Phnom Penh city. He also has a great interest in developing E-commerce platform in Cambodia in the future. Prior to Chatomuk, Kora worked for Rakuten Inc., the largest E-commerce company in Japan for 2 years before decided to come back to Cambodia to set up his own startup. He holds master degree in Computer Science from the University of Electro-communication (Tokyo, Japan).

Auto sync on android phone

How to increase web app performance better


















Some of developers met many problems before, during and after development web application. One of problems that they met after development web application is their web application bad performance. There are a few methods to increase web app performance better is listed below:

1. Application Cache

What is Application Cache?
HTML5 introduces application cache, which means that a web application is cached, and accessible without an internet connection.

Application cache gives an application three advantages:

Offline browsing - users can use the application when they're offline
Speed - cached resources load faster
Reduced server load - the browser will only download updated/changed resources from the server
